2. Products & Pricing
- Sabhi products availability ke according hote hain.
- Prices kabhi bhi change ho sakte hain without prior notice.
- Hum accurate product display karne ki puri koshish karte hain, lekin color ya design me slight variation ho sakta hai.
3. Orders
- Order place karne ke baad confirmation milega.
- Virox kisi bhi order ko cancel karne ka right rakhta hai (stock issue, suspicious activity, etc.).
- Customer ko sahi address aur contact details deni hogi.
4. Payments
- Cash on Delivery (COD) available nahi hai.
- Saare orders prepaid honge (UPI, Debit/Credit Card, etc.).
- Payment secure gateway ke through process hota hai.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders usually 7–8 working days me deliver hote hain.
- Kabhi-kabhi delivery delay ho sakti hai (courier issues, weather, high demand, etc.).
- Delay ke liye Virox responsible nahi hoga.
6. No Return / No Exchange Policy
- Virox par return ya exchange available nahi hai.
- Ek baar product purchase hone ke baad usse return ya exchange nahi kiya ja sakta.
- Customer ko order place karte waqt size aur details carefully check karni chahiye.
7. Intellectual Property
- Virox ke saare designs, logos aur content brand ki property hain.
- Inka unauthorized use ya copy karna allowed nahi hai.
8. User Conduct
- Website ka misuse (fake orders, fraud, hacking attempts) strictly prohibited hai.
- Aise cases me legal action liya ja sakta hai.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Virox kisi bhi indirect ya unforeseen loss/damage ke liye liable nahi hoga jo website ya products ke use se ho.
